With fire thunder lightning all around, It cant help make a fearful sound. she was running manic and suddenly lighting struck and the void within her to make her stop. holding back masked in fear, cold and wet holding back her tears.
The thunder came and appeared to take control as she didn’t know what to do in this storm of rage and pain so true.
The ground shook and fire came burning away all that pain, and to this day here she is. Feeling free, masked in hope and in faith making the most of her years of mistakes.
My fire my thunder my lightning I say , for its made me who I am today

This is a poem about addiction and going through a spiritual awakening at the same time this was written. The best way to realise pain and grief is to write.
